The project aims to improve the infrastructure of the RN1 highway in Djibouti through comprehensive rehabilitation and expansion efforts. The scope of the project encompasses a 21.8 km highway section, extending from the roundabout at Pk 13+400 to the intersection with the RN4 highway at Pk 35+200.
