The management of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Systems (QHSE-MS) has achieved a high level of development in HAWK International and makes use of a consolidated set of tools.

All these elements are integral part of the HAWK International's Management System and they focus on different aspects of our activities but the analogies of their approach, systems and tools contribute towards an integrated management.

The integrated Management System (QHSE-MS), from the principles on which is based, has the objective to reach the excellence of results for each aspect by means of specific models based on a continuous improvement approach.

The relationship between the Company Management and the Project Management is based on a clear and mutual understanding of Mission, Policies and Objectives.

Furthermore HAWK International operations are characterized by the internationality and complexity of projects; however can manage these aspects and achieve the same standard of quality and HSE policies in each activity provided to clients through an effective, reliable and proven multilevel Management System.

HAWK International Management System is mainly based on three levels, in order to assure a high performance level of each activity:

• Corporate level: consist of defining Policy, Mission, Corporate Organization Chart, Management Responsibilities, Operating Company level: Corporate Management Procedures which are guiding the Company operations.
• Project level: Project Quality Plans & HSE Plans and QHSE Procedures.

HAWK International success to extend these concept to the whole HAWK International's business, in this regards, in 2008, Company HSE Management System was certified under ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:1999 to demonstrate the HAWK International management's commitment with the principles of Quality, Health & Safety, the Environment to support the HAWK International operations.

HAWK International is committed to implement the Health & Safety and Environment (HSE) System throughout its routine / non routine activities in accordance with the international standards BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and to the local legislation requirements. We believe that HAWK International's HSE policies is the path to accomplish works and for ethical business competition.

HAWK International considers the Health and Safety of its personnel to be the primary value, maintaining the highest HSE standards, for the environment protection. By ensuring appropriate measures in place, from the project's design phase through all stages of operations, HAWK International is committed in reducing industrial risk, preserving the health and safety of all personnel, and maintaining the highest measures to reduce pollution impact to the environment.

The HSE Management System is developed in accordance with the International Standards ISO 14001:2004 (Environment Management System - Requirements) and OHSAS 18001:1999 (Occupational Health & Safety).

The continuous improvement of Company HSE performance is achieved by the promotion of Health, Safety and Environmental awareness, throughout the management and workforce by means of permanent personnel training, motivation, sensitization and auditing activities.

Primary objective for HAWK International is to satisfy client's needs, with Company motto “Client's success is our success”, Company employees are working aligned to get high level of effectiveness and efficiency of the processes in each phase of the Company operations and to meet the client expectations. Achieves such an objective by means of the implementation of the Company Quality Management System, in compliance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2000, based on the objectives highlighted in the Corporate Quality Policy.

In April 2007 HAWK International upgrade the certification as per the Standard ISO 9001:2000, by the UK certification body NQA – National Quality Assurance, with Certificate of Registration No 7305.

In June 2008 HAWK International obtained the Certificate of Registration as per the Standard ISO 14001:2004, by the UK certification body NQA – National Quality Assurance, with Certificate of Registration No E 1705; and the Certificate of Registration in BS OHSAS 18001; 1999. by the UK certification body NQA – National Quality Assurance, with Certificate of Registration No H 1146.

The scopes of the certificates are applicable to the following activities: The provision of pipeline and structural services. Mechanical engineering, fabrication and civil engineering works. The supply of site specific equipment and personnel including: electrical equipment installation, maintenance and repair.
