Brief description of the work to be carried out by the bidder:

The work essentially comprises the construction of:

• Surface clearing over approximately 34.6 hectares in grid squares 5 and 6;

• Reprofiling of approximately 38 hectares within the sub-grids to ensure surface runoff of rainwater in grid squares 5 and 6;

• Construction of approximately 3.6 km of primary and secondary roads, including earthworks and pavement structure, in grid squares 5 and 6;

• Construction of approximately 13.2 km of HDPE drinking water supply network in grid square 5.

Brief description of the work to be carried out by the bidder: The work includes:

1. Exterior work and fence reinforcement:

• Demolition of existing outdoor toilets and construction of new ones,

• Reinforcement of the fences on the North, South, East, and West boundaries,

• Upgrading of the outdoor irrigation system for improved operation,

• Upgrading of surface rainwater drainage to prevent flooding during heavy rain,

• New emergency lighting system.

2. Creation of a containment zone within the building:

• Extension of the toilets and reinforcement of the containment room walls,

• Upgrading the electrical installation in this area to meet standards,

3. Reinforcement of pedestrian access to the agency premises and airlock,

• Reinforcement of various access points inside the building,

• Reinforcement of the interior airlock,

• Reinforcement of the exterior airlock and security post

4. Miscellaneous work,

• Repair of plaster and paint interior and exterior work following the various works that were the subject of the consultation.

Cutting and disposal from site of existing asphalt pavement. Excavation and removal of existing base layer up to 41cm below existing taxiway. Subgrade improvement with 0/31.5 crushed material if required to reach bottom of base course level. Compaction and asphalt works.

Intake Pit Building Excavation at Elev. 1.7m and above.

• Site works - Demolition / installation of brick stone wall and steel fences, reinforced concrete, sidewalk tiles, kerb stones.
• Earth Works - Excavation, backfilling, compaction.
• Concrete Works - Pre-stressed bridge superstructure, Reinforced concrete, plain concrete, etc...
• Damp and water proofing - Vapour barrier of polyethylene film, protection bituminous epoxy coating.
• Expansion Joints and Pot Bearings - Installation of expansion joints at columns and approaches, filler boards and sealants.
• Provision of complete post tensioning system including anchorage plates, wedges, grout, ducts etc...
• Supply and install metal hand rails, steel ladders including painting and grouting and cover plates.
• Pavement Works - Bituminous concrete wearing course over bituminous binder course with tack coat application. Supply and construction of cast in-situ concrete curbs.
• Supply and install traffic sign and signals.
• Overhead cantilever sign structure including overhead sign.
• Road Markings as per approved colours, shape and dimensions.
• Tunnel lightings with tubular high pressure sodium.
• Supply, install, test & commission storm water submersible pump.

• Company items reception, acceptance, handling and transportation.
• Welding Procedures Qualification / Welders & NDT operators qualification.
• Structural works.
• Piping Spool prefabrication for tie-in and hook up.
• Any other piping prefabrication and installation including support & valves.
• Equipment Installation.
• Electrical / Instrumentation Works.

Work Package 4 - Mob/Demob of Construction Equipment

Mobilize the necessary equipment for surveys, site preparation, installation & erection and pre-commissioning.

Work Package 5 - Installation & Hook Up including Tie-In

Carry out all activities and works related to the installation and hook up including tie-ins at CPU facilities requiring production shut down.

Work Package 6 - Installation & Hook Up without Production Shutdown (SIMOPS)

Carry out all activities and works related to the site preparation, civil & structural, piping erection and hook up, electrical and instrumentation, modifications at CPU facilities without production shut down and requiring SIMOPS procedure to be applied.

Work Package 7 - Assistance for Commissioning

Provide assistance to COMPANY for commissioning of the PLANT or part thereof to the extent required by COMPANY.

Work Package 8 - Safety Actions Implementation

This Work Package covered all the activities with respect to Safety. It was divided into two (2) Work Units namely, compulsory safety actions and safety improvement programs.

Hawk was responsible for coordinating and managing all interfaces associated with the work.

• Installation of new compression facilities including 3x3 stages reciprocating compressors driven by Gas Engine with associated scrubber and inter-stages air coolers.
• Installation of two (2) fuel gas units.
• Installation of two phase separators, separating the multi-phase flow coming from well trunk lines.
• Installation of new LP and HP flare.
• Closed drain and open drain system.
• Associated F&G and control systems.
• New Technical Room and connection to existing Control Room of the CPU via a 2 fiber optic cable.
• Fire fighting facilities.
• Dedicated control station at CPU control room.
• Utilities including 2 x Air instrument packages, 2 x Gas Engine generator units, 1 x Emergency / black start diesel generator.
• Installation of 2 fiber optic cables between CCU and CPU for data transmission and communication.

Existing Production Wellhead Pad Wells (12 wells)

• Dismantling of existing LP online going to Kharir.
• Dismantling of existing wells flowlines and existing EPF separators located on each well pad.
• Installation of HP piping, manifold, associated instrumentation including multi-phase flow meter and tie in points for chemical injection.
• Installation of temporary pig launcher facilities, some wells depending on the multi phase flow gathering network scheme will be equipped with pig receiving facilities.
• Installation of closed drain system, which include dedicated closed drain vessel for each well.
• Modification of wellhead control and F&G panel.
• Installation of solar panel to provide necessary power for the operating of each well.

Existing Gas Injection Well (1 well)

• Tie in of the HP gas trunk-line coming from CCU to the existing gas injection well.

Production Gathering Network

• HP flowlines going from the wells to a system of three new trunklines connected to the compression center manifold with pigging facilities.
• HP gas trunk lines connected from the wells Compression center to the Gas Injection well.
• LP oil/water line from Compression Centre separator and compressor condensate outlet to existing S2 manifold.

HAWK INTERNATIONAL constructed a Pre-Cast Concrete Piperack structures. Work included pre-casting and erection of piperack elements such as columns and beams.

• Height = varies from 12.00 to 22.00 meters high.
• Nos. of Columns = 500 ea (approx).
• Nos. of Beams = 1000 ea (approx).

• Provided Project Management, Project Control, Administration/Accounting and reporting to Company.
• Prepared all documentation, drawings, reports, schedules and notices.
• Managed, coordinate and supervise interfaces with other Parties involved in the work.
• Obtained and maintain all permits, authorizations and licenses.
• Provided all required insurances.
• Prepared and submit Quality Assurance documents for Company’s approval.
• Engineered the work, including any basic engineering, complementary site surveys, detailed engineering, procurement engineering, construction engineering and commissioning preparation.

HAWK INTERNATIONAL was responsible for the operation and maintenance of these facilities, security of the Plant Area and the Site within the permanent external security fencing and shall provide all engineering and procurement activities, labour, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and whatever facilities are necessary to perform all works.
